About the role

Our client is actively searching for a Senior Executive or Executive (Programme Management and Student Support) to join their team! If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further! The responsibilities of this role are: Plan and conduct student orientation activities prior to term commencement. Manage student-related administration in the Learning Management System and Student Management System, including account creation, module enrolment, student records, and deactivation of inactive accounts. Monitor students' term enrolment, advise students on their study pathway, and ensure accurate module enrolment. Ensure course invoices are issued to students and follow up on payment matters where required. Assign students to tutorial groups and ensure students are informed accordingly, where applicable. Monitor student pass validity and ensure international students maintain valid student passes. Track student attendance during the term and follow up with students with low attendance. Liaise with university partners on student administrative matters for university programmes. Conduct staff-student liaison meetings with faculty and university partners, and carry out regular class visits. Coordinate assessment-related matters, including reassessment dates and liaison with the examination department. Support post-term activities, including end-of-course evaluations, student status updates, student pass cancellation for graduated students, and graduation ceremony preparation. Provide course counselling and administrative support for student requests such as deferment, withdrawal, and programme transfer. Attend to student enquiries through walk-ins, emails, mobile app, and service channels. Support open house events, student-related activities, and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience: Degree in any discipline. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in programme administration, student services, education administration, or a related function. Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and internationally will be an advantage. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with good accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Able to plan, prioritise, and manage work independently, including during peak periods or under time pressure. Good team player with a flexible approach to supporting team outcomes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge or experience in using resource optimisation tools will be advantageous.
