Job Requirements: - MBA or equivalent Master's Degree (Top tier universities are highly welcome). - At least 7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, Private Equity/VC Funds, audit, law, or related fields. - Minimum Manager level or above (highly preferably with experience in Big4) with internal promotion track record, or at least 5 years of experience in the professional strategy and management consultancy firm. - Proficiency in English and a Native-level proficiency in any of the Asian language (Japanese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, etc.) to liaise with local corporate clients and stakeholders. - Capability of C-suite/board-level advisory and executive presence. - Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.
