In this role, you won't just track data - you will actively refine how we manage global assets, mentor peers and influence financial workflows on an international scale. If you don't have deep exposure to IAS 2 (Inventory) or IFRS 16 (Leases) yet, that is not a dealbreaker. If you possess a bulletproof understanding of accounting logic and a passion for learning complex frameworks, our team will provide the tools and environment for you to become a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Global Inventory Governance: Oversee the valuation and verification of our international spares stock, manage intercompany cost transfers and optimize pricing structures within Oracle Fusion.
• Lease Portfolio Ownership: Manage the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for our leases, drive balance sheet reconciliations and deliver high-level variance analysis to project future financial impacts.
• Ledger Integrity & Projects: Process complex journal entries, lead period-end closings and ensure that cross-border project expenditures are flawlessly allocated across corporate ledgers.
• Audit Leadership & Insight: Act as a key contact during interim and year-end audits, preparing robust financial disclosures and translating complex data into clear management commentary.
• Process Evolution: Collaborate with Global Process Owners to strengthen internal controls, eliminate operational bottlenecks and champion smarter, automated ways of working.

Requirements

• Background: A university degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Technical Foundation: A solid grasp of general ledger operations and financial reporting cycles; familiarity with international accounting frameworks is a strong asset.
• Analytical Mindset: An inquisitive professional who loves diving into large datasets to uncover root causes and optimize data flows.
• Drive & Independence: Someone who takes extreme ownership of deadlines, thrives in a fast-evolving corporate environment and sets high benchmarks for their own work.
• Communication: An collaborative partner capable of building seamless relationships with cross-functional teams like Tax, Treasury and Commercial Finance.
