About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate, to assist the team in frontline operations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need to display a professional image by delivering high-quality service experience and accurate information to customers. Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role. Identify customers' needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction. Taking ownership of customers' problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the SLAs. Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction. Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • Able to work with 3 weekdays and 2 weekends schedule and shift hours
  • Proficient in English and bilingual to communicate effectively with customers
  • Computer literacy
  • Candidates who have worked in the hospitality and service industry are preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service
  • Equipped with good mediation and persuasive skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a professional disposition
