Requirements

Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic investments analyst to join our real estate investment team. The analyst will play a key role in supporting execution of real estate investments, conducting thorough due diligence and market research, and the preparation of comprehensive investment committee decks and marketing material. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate private equity to gain hands-on experience in an established real estate private equity fund management company MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Pipeline & Screening Track real estate investment opportunities and maintain a regional pipeline jointly with investment teams in other markets Prepare memos and financial analysis for Investment team discussions and reports Due Diligence & Financial Modelling Build comprehensive financial models Prepare deal execution timeline Co-ordinate data-room Q&A Support senior investment team members to prepare term-sheets, MOUs, EOIs Coordinate with internal functions including Legal & Compliance, Finance, Asset Management and Portfolio Management teams during the transaction Coordinate with external advisors Transaction Execution Support senior investment team members in negotiation with counter parties and external advisors on commercial terms Support Legal & Compliance team and external legal counsel in negotiation with counter parties on the transaction documents Support Finance team in securing and negotiating financing terms Investment Committee Materials Prepare preliminary and final deal memos Compile market sizing, regulatory analysis and transaction comps Compile key due diligence findings Portfolio Monitoring & Asset Management Support Portfolio and Asset Management teams on its regular analysis/ update on the assets acquired. Capital Raising & Investor Relations Support Capital Markets team and/or senior investment team members to prepare fundraising pitch decks, case studies and data packs for prospective LPs and co-investors Maintain the investor pipeline and co-ordinate virtual data-room uploads / Q&A Research & Thought Leadership Track real estate market, policy, tariff and technology trends across our core markets and sectors
