Responsibilities
- Improve, standardize, and enhance maintenance and turnaround planning practices across the site.
- Provide planning support for plant maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, shutdown, pitstop, and turnaround planning.
- Work closely with discipline engineers to review existing work plans and continuously improve planning efficiency and site execution productivity.
- Support training and coaching of new personnel involved in maintenance and turnaround planning activities.
- Ensure full compliance with site Health, Safety, Security, and Environment standards, procedures, and requirements to support a safe working environment.
- Proactively identify and intervene in unsafe acts on site and contribute to building a strong safety culture.
- Support site reliability improvement initiatives and provide feedback on the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify waste elimination and LEAN maintenance opportunities, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement improvement plans.
- Use SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System to plan, track, and manage maintenance activities in accordance with company processes.
- Coordinate with various departments, plant units, discipline teams, and contractors to ensure proper planning and execution of maintenance and turnaround activities.
- Maintain high standards of personal accountability and performance to support site and departmental goals.
- Carry out any other related duties as assigned.
- Job Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in the petrochemical industry.
- Experience in maintenance and turnaround execution, including detailed work scope planning for various maintenance activities.
- Good understanding of maintenance and turnaround processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP CMMS will be an advantage.
- Familiar with maintenance and turnaround contracts, contractor coordination, and site execution requirements.
- Able to build effective working relationships with internal departments, plant units, and contractors.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and a good team player.
