Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • 3-4 years of experience managing large warehouse operations, including complex in‑house activities and 3PL partnerships in a global environment.
  • Experience improving and standardizing warehouse and transportation processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a consistent ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance.
  • Proven success working in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including root‑cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated capability in continuous improvement and lean concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, and value‑stream mapping.
  • Experience optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and workflow efficiency.

Job Description: Join our Team: Parts Warehouse Operations Manager Rancho Cucamonga, CA The Parts Warehouse Operations Manager plays a key leadership role, responsible for the management of all parts warehousing and transportation functions in our largest West Coast warehouse site. This role continuously collaborates with our 3PL partners and global warehouse operations team, offering guidance with prioritization to improve overall operational performance and compliance. The position focuses on collaborative teamwork to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements, assess inventory planning strategies, and improve business processes while ensuring timely project completion. This role is expected to be on-site at the facility at least 80% of the time.
