The Associate Inventory Analyst will assist the Field Inventory Manager in supporting the inventory needs of the International Sales Force. This position will report directly to the Field Inventory Manager and work within cross functional teams between Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, Commercial Sales and Product Development. MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting in managing the company's inventory to achieve case coverage and maximize consignment usage Functioning as a conduit/expediter at times when critical Inventory is needed to support specific surgeries and Loaners are not available Assisting in preparing reports for sales management in order to evaluate inventory needs and ensure inventory is allocated to appropriately cover these needs Identifying consignment inventory for case coverage in accordance with the Inventory Efficiency Program goals Maximizing the use of (set) consignment inventory in accordance with the International SOTU reports Supporting Inventory Needs of Countries in the absence of the Field Inventory Manager Achieving a goal of zero missed surgeries due to lack of Inventory Adhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Representing the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globu OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: Minimum 2 years' experience in Medical Device Sales / Operations Environment Capable to commute to the European Distribution Centre in Brunssum regularly Inspirational, ambitious, positive, and a customer-focused mindset Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English Strong self-starting ability Ability to work productively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
