What You'll Do Meet with individuals and families to educate them on advance funeral planning options Guide families through prearrangement and funding decisions with care and professionalism Build relationships within the community through events, seminars, and outreach Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospective families Manage your own schedule and territory with autonomy and accountability Accurately complete all required documentation and compliance requirements What Makes This Role Unique Paid training period: you'll receive paid training while you get up to speed, so you can focus on learning the process before your first sale Defined local territory: you'll build lasting relationships in a community that knows and trusts our names Flexible, self-directed schedule: you manage your time and prioritize your own book of business Built-in lead support: you won't be starting from scratch.
