Specialist for Seal Order Planning DGS (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for customers and subsidiaries in the context of order processing and schedule coordination
• Ensuring on-time delivery of Dry Gas Seals orders and projects
• Proactive customer communication regarding delivery status, schedule deviations, and project progress
• Planning, management, and monitoring of assembly orders at customer order level
• Planning and control of assembly lines, including test bench planning and customer acceptance (e.g., third-party inspections)
• Prioritization and coordination of orders in close alignment with all relevant departments
• Close collaboration with procurement, engineering, sales, production, and logistics
• Contribution to the optimization of manufacturing and assembly planning processes

Requirements

• Completed technical degree or completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic), with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or industrial foreman
• Experience in technical project management
• Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong communication skills and fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Good technical understanding and interest in technical processes
• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style, along with a confident professional manner
• Team-oriented, assertive, reliable, and resilient
• Experience in the field of mechanical seals (preferably DGS) is an advantage
