Job Summary: The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration of the company's human resource information systems including data governance and workforce analytics to support Apex's talent function, business operations and organizational goals. This role serves as a point of contact for the HR systems, including UKG and Greenhouse platforms, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate proven success enhancing employee experience, streamline operations, and ensure data integrity to enable data-driven decision-making. The HRIS Analyst will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure daily priorities are met. Your Responsibilities as an Accountant: Administration of the company's HR technology platforms (UKG, Greenhouse, Cornerstone) including ongoing operation and optimization. Partner with Talent, IT, and other business operations stakeholders to implement system/process enhancements, improvements and optimizations. Partner with IT to maintain integrations between HRIS platforms and other business systems (finance, ERP, benefits, etc.). Utilize our system platforms to track technical certifications, credentials, skills, education, and experience of the Apex workforce. Support annual talent planning cycles including performance management, bonus planning, merit planning, and benefits open enrollment. Provide routine and customized workforce analytics as needed for Apex Senior Leadership. Provide HR technology support, technical guidance, troubleshooting, and process training for related systems and workflows. Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, privacy and security within our HR technology platforms. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations with respect to HR data. Assist with developing, maintaining and updating documentation for HRIS processes, procedures and system configurations.
