Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years as an Executive Assistant, including 5+ years supporting C-level executives (CEO/ELT preferred); experience in fast-paced, high-trust environments.
- This position requires working on-site at least three days per week.
- Must work with composure to ensur e the Executive Assistant team is cohesive, cooperative , trustin g and accountable for all C-level needs.
- Operates independently with strong decision-making within defined guardrails.
- Proven ability to proactively manage time, priorities, and risks before they surface.
- Demonstrated success managing complexity, driving execution, and ensuring follow-through.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills; able to produce clear, executive-ready materials.
- Trusted with highly sensitive information; maintains the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Past success operating in ambiguity and rapidly chang ing environments with composure and effectiveness.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Concur, Workday, and modern collaboration tools.
- Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI to improve productivity while maintaining quality control.
