Requirements
- 8-12 years of marketing experience with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles, managing teams
- Full-funnel marketing expertise : Track record building brands AND driving product adoption in Japan
- Japan market expertise : Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behavior, media landscape, and business culture
- Localization skills : Proven ability to connect media, content, branding, localization, and performance into one cohesive strategy
- Startup mindset : Experience at fast-growing tech companies-you're comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch, while also being strategic
- Team leadership : Experience managing, developing, and inspiring marketing teams
- Cross-cultural collaboration : Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones and cultures
