Responsibilities

Requirements

  • NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, call centre, or F&B operations preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
