Warehouse Executive

About the role

Job Responsibilities: - Lead and guide the operation team to ensure timely order fulfillment - Manage Warehouse inbound/outbound stocks inventory and maintains database accuracy - Ensure accurate receipt of items in accordance with established SOPs and protocol - Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operationeffectively - Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, issuing ofgoods for deliveries to logistic team - Submit daily inventory report to update the inventorystatus to sales team/ production team/ procurement team - Conduct monthly stock-take exercise and perform dailyinventory data entry in system - Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment - Stuffing, Unstuffing, Restacking, labeling of products as needed - Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns - Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly - Performs other related or ad-hoc duties when assigned Job Requirements: - Minimum CGE "O" level / Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline - Preferably to possess class 3 driving license - At least 5 years relevant work experience - Good working knowledge of MS Office application - Outlook, Excel, Word - Experience in using WMS system - Able to work independent, responsible as a team player - Possess good communication skills both written and verbal
