We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team of engineers to help scale our production and implement best practices that will deliver quality, service and cost efficiency to the business. Your Day to Day As a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, you'll be a key leader in our operations, responsible for the full lifecycle of our products. You'll manage a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. Lead and Mentor: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Process Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, tools, and workflows to increase production output, reduce cycle times, and minimize defects. New Product Introduction (NPI): Serve as a key technical lead for NPI, ensuring seamless and efficient transitions of new products from development to production. This includes leading DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) initiatives. Production Support: Provide hands-on technical support contract manufacturing production lines, quickly resolving issues and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Software, Technical Service and Program Management to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve manufacturing operations.
