At Home Instead, we're looking for new Morning Care Assistant's to join our team and be there to provide our clients with the outstanding care and support they deserve within their own homes! We are looking for bright & bubbly Morning Care Assistant's to support our clients living across the Oxford & Kidlington areas as well as the villages around and between. We are looking for people who can start from 8am and the role will suit people who are only looking to work a few hours a day to support with morning and lunchtime visits. As a Morning Care Assistant with us, we want you to build real, strong relationships with those you support and so you will always visit regular clients with a minimum of 1 hour. As a Morning Care Assistant, you will provide valuable companionship to those who may be lonely, support with washing and dressing, help with mobility in and outside the client's home, medication support, meal preparation and light home help tasks. Due to the nature of the role, we need you be be aged 18 or over and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired. We also require an alternate weekend working (both Saturday & Sunday).
