Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or a related field with 3 years or more of relevant experience or unlicensed Master's degree in counseling or related with 1 year of related experience.
  • Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgement under all circumstances.
  • Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrates a passion for working with adolescences.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
  • Additional Information:
  • Starting Base Rate: $50,000
  • Bilingual rate: An additional $3,120 added to the base rate if Spanish proficient

Job Overview The Residential Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a residential program, providing case management, engagement, and supportive services to youth while ensuring a safe and therapeutic living environment. This role supervises staff, manages scheduling, assists with crisis intervention and medication monitoring, and shares on-call responsibilities to support continuous, high-quality care.
