  • Partner and collaborate with the C-Team, S-Team, PLT, and broader GTM leadership to embody a human and high-performing culture, serving as an ambassador for Clio's mission, values, and operating principles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor to senior GTM leaders, supporting the development and delivery of strategic people services aligned to departmental and organizational goals.
  • Influence beyond your direct client groups, shaping org-wide people practices and culture.
  • Advise on and execute multi-department transformational and change management initiatives.
  • Regional Employment Law & Employee Relations
  • Serve as the EMEA and APAC subject matter expert on employment law, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices across all relevant jurisdictions.
