Financial Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Director, Financial Management and Fleet Comptroller division of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the ability to independently review and interpret financial documents, regulations, and directives for accuracy; ability to establish, prepare and disseminate financial policy and guidance to personnel, leadership and other offices to ensure effective program financial management; perform, format, and submit budgetary reports to ensure classification and compliance with applicable regulations, policies and laws; and provide financial management expertise, leadership and technical advice with complex funding requirements related to Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreements (ACSA).
