Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Direct all phases of the power plant decommissioning, dismantling, and asset recovery activities.
- Establish project governance, performance baselines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Maintain a comprehensive project risk register, proactively identifying and neutralizing liabilities.
- Operations & Contractor Management
- Select, onboard, and manage specialized demolition, engineering, and environmental remediation contractors.
- Approve technical methods, demolition sequences, lifting plans, and hazardous waste logistics.
- Resolve complex onsite technical, contractual, and logistical conflicts as the final point of escalation.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison to EDC senior leadership, and, as may be designated, to regulatory bodies, and community and LGU officials.
- Deliver transparent progress reports on project health, safety metrics, and financial status.
