Learn more at www.firstagency.com What You Would Get To Do The Data Analyst supports internal and external stakeholders by producing reports and data trends for the account's global events program. The Data Analyst is responsible for meeting the reporting needs of the client and FIRST's account leadership by leveraging the account's data systems and reporting assets. This role requires working directly with a variety of stakeholders to critically evaluate requirements and build intuitive, robust, and insightful reports. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured, meaningful information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic operational and business decisions. Your Contributions Responsible for processing and reporting data pertaining to global event operations across the account and delivering metrics to internal and external stakeholders via dashboards, data tables, event management applications and globally aligned, templated spreadsheets Responsible for accurate, consistent, and globally aligned reporting on, but not limited to: Event Spaces - Validation of categorization, utilization analysis and forecasting Operating Metrics - Event volumes, tiers/levels, characteristics, attendance, trends and forecasting Client/Leadership Reporting - provide complex, recurring, regional and global data reports and data trends on a monthly and quarterly basis to internal and external stakeholders Interpret, analyze, and provide data trends to identify operational impact and trends Support the Service Lines (Event Management, Event Production, Account Operations, Client Service) with robust, timely and accurate reporting contributions to Quarterly Business Reviews Create, build and maintain analytical and operational dashboards highlighting key service metrics for internal and external stakeholders, leveraging Google Workspace reporting tools and Tableau Connect and integrate raw data from multiple sources and systems and provide data trends to impact performance and operational results Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets Perform calculations and analysis of space utilization and occupancy data to look at and forecast future space planning operations for the client Analyze time tracking data submitted by global service teams to support the identification of trends and opportunities for greater efficiency Collaborate with internal stakeholders to specify and understand data requirements for key data analysis projects and alignment to business priorities Support the tracking of key metrics (KPIs) that provide insight into performance, staffing and operational efficiency Identify opportunities for process enhancements, efficiencies and improved data accuracy Develop effective presentations with data trends to global stakeholders (within FIRST and client), conveyed through accurate and globally aligned reports and visual presentations Effectively collaborate and contribute to knowledge sharing best practices on data/system-related topics with clients and other partner vendors Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the data program Collaborate with peers to ensure global alignment and consistency in reporting definitions, accuracy, format and delivery Maintain deep system knowledge of data sources Build, manage and maintain internal event and operational trackers for the account Administrative duties including management of data team documentation and user guides
