About the role
As a Product Lead at Labhouse , you will be responsible for leading the product end-to-end , working closely with the CEOs to define, build, and scale our apps. Define and implement KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to track performance. Design and optimize user funnels: acquisition, retention, monetization, and virality. Gather and structure user feedback and customer support insights to inform product decisions. Continuously benchmark competitors and explore innovative approaches to improve product quality and UX. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features. About You: Academic background: Ideally, with a technical degree (Computer Science, Data, or Telecommunications Engineering), to feel comfortable building dashboards and working hands-on with data. What are we looking for Proven experience in Mobile App Product Management. 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in mobile apps with subscription-based models, F2P games, or consumer products. Strong product sense and design intuition, with the ability to create experiences that drive user behavior. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) and strong Excel skills (SQL is a plus). Strong project management skills, able to prioritize high-impact initiatives, understand trade-offs, and mitigate risks. High level of ownership, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset. Passion for UI/UX and Apple-like product experiences. Good level of spoken and written English. Communication: Good level of spoken and written English, Spanish Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.
