First Capital Asia's The Principal Ventures Group is founded on the conviction that the age of the large, impersonal recruitment company is over. We are selectively recruiting a small number of experienced recruitment consultants in Hong Kong and Singapore to join us not as employees, but as Founding Partners. This is a structured co-ownership model designed to transition ambitious mid-career professionals from consistent billers to sustainable business owners, underpinned by a proprietary coaching methodology. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking professionals with a minimum of ten years of proven billings who have reached a point of honest self-reflection: the targets are being met, the foundations are solid, yet something is holding the next level at bay. That ceiling has a name. We call it the Natural Limit. The Natural Limit is not a deficit of effort or talent. It is the product of internal and/or external imposing patterns that even the most capable recruiters carry - patterns that, left unaddressed, quietly cap performance regardless of market conditions or seniority. Through our Eternal Question coaching & partnership framework, we work with partners to identify and dismantle these barriers directly. The four most common patterns we encounter are corporate cultural related, inducing : Fear, comparison, and insecurity - the hesitation that costs you the call, the brief, the close. The compulsion to please - an inability to disqualify the wrong clients, candidates and supervisors, leading to wasted capacity on low-yield activity. Busyness without productivity - surface-level engagement with a wide pipeline rather than deep, strategic qualification of the right one. Unfocused energy - enthusiasm and drive applied without the commercial precision to convert them into revenue.
