Service Engineer [ Industrial Automation / Robotics / Electronics Manufacturing ]

About the role

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm Location: Woodlands / Admiralty Salary: $3,000 - $4,800 Job Responsibilities: Perform installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of automation systems Set up electronic controllers, PCs, software and machine configurations Conduct on-site machine buy-off based on customer requirements Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes for repair Analyse electrical and electronic circuits, machine log files and process flows to resolve machine breakdowns Repair electrical components and set up robot software / PC software when required Provide phone support and on-site support according to service requirements Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve service issues efficiently Prepare accurate and detailed service reports in a timely manner Support overseas assignments when required Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in automation system setup, equipment servicing or service support Experience with electrical components such as servo motors, robots and machine control systems Able to install software, configure PCs and set up machines Able to read equipment log files and process flows for troubleshooting Willing to travel overseas for assignments on short notice Ho Ming Jie (Edmund) Reg No: R1987094 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No: 14C7279
