  • Proven experience in transmission line construction, ideally in HV environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and adapt to dynamic site conditions
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental best practices
  • Familiarity with outage planning and stringing operations (desirable)
