Growth Marketing Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on, sharp and proactive growth marketer to support and scale our UK Business Banking business. This isn't a strategy role - it's an execution role for someone who moves fast, figures things out independently and gets things done without being asked twice. You'll work closely with and support our Senior Marketer, getting stuck into a wide variety of marketing and commercial initiatives - from online acquisition campaigns and partnerships to events and anything else that helps us grow. No two weeks will look the same, and that's exactly the point. Budgets are lean, so creativity and hustle matter more than spend. If your instinct is to find a cleverer way rather than ask for more money - and to build a tool or automation to do it faster - you'll thrive here.
