Job Purpose The Supervisor/Senior Supervisor (Operational Excellence & Compliance) supports the implementation of governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within SMRT Buses. Working closely with departments across the organization, the role drives operational excellence, strengthens compliance culture, and enhances business performance to support sustainable growth. Duties and Responsibilities Supervisor/ Senior Supervisor (OEC) duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Assist in conducting internal audits and reviews to verify the effectiveness of operational systems, controls, and processes. Support the monitoring and follow-up of compliance audits to ensure timely closure of findings and effective implementation of control measures. Promote and ensure adherence to established compliance policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Monitor compliance with operating procedures and work instructions across business units. Support the administration of the Knowledge Management System, ensuring effective document control and information management. Apply AI and digital tools to automate tasks, improve reporting, and enhance operational efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other assignments as required. Any other related duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Qualifications & Work Experience Diploma in Safety Management / Environmental Management / Sustainable Development / Business Analytics or equivalent Preferably 2 years of working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome Knowledge of and/or Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and ISO 55001 will be an added advantage
