Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Import Department. Position Schedule: Flexible weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), totaling approximately 20-30 hours per week Major Duties and Responsibilities: Document Handovers to CHB teams and confirmation of clearance In Terminal and Street Dwell reports and follow up Customer Service Inbox requests Send it now - Invoices Sending Accessorial notifications to our customers when they occur for drayage.
