About the role
To assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance Tru-Marine's market presence, generate business opportunities, and support the company's continued growth in the global marine industry. 1. Brand Management - Ensure consistent application of the Company's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. - Maintain and organise brand assets, marketing materials, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control. 3. Market Research and Performance Analysis - Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support business development and sales initiatives. - Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial outcomes. - Consolidate marketing data and cross-functional inputs into clear reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. 4. Marketing Operations and Project Coordination - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure alignment across departments. - Organise and facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, monitor action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, public relations activities, and both internal and external marketing initiatives. - Provide ad hoc marketing support and undertake additional duties or projects as assigned to meet business and departmental objectives. 5.
