Responsibilities

  • Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions ( 1:many ) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Architectu re , Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks
  • Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows
  • Understanding of HTTP methods, ability to construct and send HTTP requests to API's and ability to handle JSON responses returned by API's
  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
  • Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
  • Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers
  • Experience supporting automation in an enterprise environment or working directly with enterprise clients
  • Experience with Autodesk Platform Services
  • Experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++
  • Experience with low code / no code environments ( e.g. Workato or PowerAutomate )
  • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
