Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates; present suitable candidates to Hiring Managers. Manage recruitment platforms, social media postings, and employer branding initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment materials and campaigns. Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and collaborations with agencies and government bodies (e.g. e2i, WSG). Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring outcomes and recruitment costs. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Support HR projects, staff engagement activities, and other HR operational tasks.
