Responsibilities
- Make campaigns run smoothly
- Set up and QA campaigns across tools (marketing automation, landing pages, forms, tracking links).
- Keep trackers, calendars, and shared docs up to date so stakeholders always know what's happening.
- Coordinate briefs, approvals, and asset handovers between marketing, sales, design, and external vendors.
- Support simple reporting (registrations, attendance, MQLs, follow-up status).

- Ensure clean post‑event follow‑up: asset uploads, campaign tagging, and routing leads to sales.
- Localise content that actually lands
- Translate and adapt English → German marketing assets (French is a plus).
- Make sure copy is accurate, on-brand, and locally relevant in tone, terminology, and compliance.
- Partner with regional marketers to refine messaging for European audiences.
- Be the glue across teams
- Collaborate daily with global demand marketing, partner marketing, brand & comms, and SDRs.
- Jump into ad‑hoc projects that keep campaigns and events moving.
- What you bring
- Languages & communication
- Native or near‑native German and English (spoken and written).
- French is a strong plus.
- Excellent written communication with sharp attention to detail, especially in proofreading and localisation.
- Marketing experience
- 1-2 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands‑on experience with event marketing and/or demand or field marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce or similar).
- How you work
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across time zones.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, global, fully remote environment.
- Proactive and solutions‑oriented, with strong ownership and follow‑through.
