Position Summary The Drivers focus specializes in driving any size vehicle. Responsibilities include picking and delivering goods, packages or equipment. May be required to load or unload contents of the vehicle. Additional Responsibilities: Operate box trucks, pickup trucks, or other specialized equipment. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment. Loading and unloading of trucks. Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations. Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery documentation, and vehicle inspection reports. Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents promptly. Responsible for company cargo delivery to suppliers and distributors. Ensures accuracy of all paperwork related to the job. Assist the shipping department with packaging, labeling, staging and loading outbound shipments Responsible for safety of crewmembers, fellow employees, and the public while operating company vehicles and/or supervising/performing any company activity. Follows proper guidelines for use of all equipment needed for completing local moving and storage jobs. Ensures vehicles and equipment are clean, safe and kept in working order.
