About the role
As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as: Relationship Manager of Shipping Finance Department : Business Development Department Contract Type : Fixed-Term (Possibility to extend to long-term contract) As a Relationship Manager in Shipping Finance (priority) or Corporate Banking business development, you will be responsible for client relationship management, financial solutions and cross-selling, credit analysis and application, post-lending management, project management etc. Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowner or corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. Assess clients' financial statements and industry trends to prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk policies. Perform ongoing credit monitoring, covenant tracking, and risk assessment. Fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and complete necessary financing documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive banking solutions, oversee assigned projects, and address any issues related to corporate banking services. Technical Skills & Qualifications Shipping Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with end-to-end Shipping finance management and operations, including client relationship management, credit analysis and post-lending monitoring and management. Corporate Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate banking operations, including client relationship management and credit analysis. Education Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields. Language: Fluency in English and Greek is mandatory.
