Store Operation Manager

About the role

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor and achieve department performance and relevant KPIs. - Propose and implement action plans to improve results. - Contribute to the store sales target. - Provide regular business updates (sales trends, forecasts, competitor updates) to management. - Identify, develop and motivate the team to reflect the company vision and business goals. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Develop and strengthen the customer base through CRM activities. - Thorough knowledge of operational controls, stock handling, and inventory management. KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES - Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales experience with a passion for driving results. - Build strong relationships to deliver client-centric solutions. - Fluent in English with second language skills are desirable. - Be KPI and results-driven. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. - Have exceptional communication skills. - Have an excellent personal presentation.
