Job Description 1. Led sales team to complete sales target based on the overall requirements of the company  Based on resource budget and compliance.  Develop effective sales strategies with full understanding of products, marketing, customers and competition. lead the team to ensure the execution of strategies, market penetration and market share increase.  Implement DGG China strategy through One Agilent teamwork and partnership with all cross-functional teams. 2. Customer Focus Distributor channel management.  Customer-centric, and continuous customer experience enhancement.  Develop regional channel sales strategy. Optimize, select, incentive and evaluation distributors. Increase customer coverage and customer satisfaction through dealer management.  Establish good relations and in-depth cooperation with regional key customers. 3. Sales team management and development  Optimize the team structure, clear sales division, team performance management.  Team talent development and training plan, talent recruitment  Establish a positive and motivating team culture to improve team efficiency.
