Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Reconditioning Manager, Used Car Manager, technicians, and porters to identify vehicle repair and reconditioning needs
  • Write and manage internal repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to help ensure the timely completion of repairs
  • Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and status updates to management
  • Monitor work in progress and follow up on delayed or additional repair needs
  • Handle customer and manager inquiries regarding after-sales repair work and appointments
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up throughout the repair process
  • Support department organization, workflow efficiency, and overall service operations
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

  • You are highly organized with strong communication and follow-up skills
  • You work well under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
  • You enjoy working with both people and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • You take pride in providing excellent customer service and operational support
  • You are dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Automotive service or dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service experience
  • Prior automotive industry experience preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
