Financial Controller

About the role

As our new Financial Controller, you'll lead a Finance function with strong foundations already in place, so this is a role for someone who wants to elevate a great team rather than build one from scratch. Please note, this is a 12-month max-term contract. Reporting to the Co-CEO with two direct reports, you'll balance day to day financial rigour with commercial insight, and bring an AI-forward mindset to how the team reports, forecasts and works. This is a generalist role: you'll have real scope to pick up the projects that matter most, coach and develop your team, and help Atomi make sharper, faster financial decisions as we keep scaling. At Atomi, we move quickly and value transparency. Once you're in the interview process, you'll receive clear feedback and meaningful insights from the team.
