Position Summary Hands-on Manufacturing Operations Supervisor leading a team of 10-15 technicians in a high-volume fab environment. Responsible for executing production strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, and output. Collaborates cross-functionally and communicates effectively with all levels of the organization, from shop floor to senior leadership. Focused on building and developing high-performing teams through strong leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Role and Responsibilities Here's what you'll be responsible for: Strategic Perform strategic inventory analysis and execute targeted line management initiatives that optimize WIP flow, mitigate bottlenecks, and support on-time output and revenue fulfillment. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing line efficiency and reducing cycle time (DPML), contributing to key operational KPIs at the shift and area level. Develop and deliver clear technical communications - including on shift escalations and shift issue summaries- that translate floor-level insights into actionable visibility for leadership and drive informed decision-making. Tactical Monitor and respond to high-priority production issues - including NPI delays, lookahead issues, DPML concerns, and output risks - taking swift corrective action and escalating to management with the appropriate urgency to ensure timely resolution. Partner daily with cross-functional teams - including Product Operations, CAPA, and Fab Engineering & Support teams- to resolve WIP flow issues, support capacity planning discussions, and align on tool PM/BM strategies. Leverage manufacturing automation systems and digital tools to monitor WIP flow, identify line issues in real time and drive data-informed decision making to maintain shift performance and operational efficiency Administrative Lead and develop a team of 10-15 manufacturing personnel, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning aligned with Fab goals and operational excellence standards. Actively foster an inclusive, accountable team environment by identifying development opportunities, recognizing performance, and empowering personnel to grow within their roles and advance within the organization.
