HNW Policy Servicing (6+6 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Process both financial and non-financial policy changes with accuracy and efficiency
• Drive key operational deliverables for HNW customers to ensure alignment with customer, intermediary, and regulatory expectations
• Manage enquiries and feedback across multiple service channels, including conducting investigations and resolving regulatory-related complaints
• Liaise with internal teams and partners to resolve client issues and ensure service continuity
• Provide excellent customer service to policy owner, business partner and public through various
• Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and suggest process improvements
• Maintain proper documentation and support file retention and destruction procedures

Requirements

• Higher diploma or equivalent; FLMI or similar qualifications are a plus
• Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance operations, preferably HNW
• Ability to read and review Chinese-language documents and handle any verbal queries in Chinese
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
