Job Description: Schedule & Work Environment This is a fully remote role follows a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend requirements. To best support our members and care teams across the country, this role operates on an afternoon/evening schedule based on Eastern Time. Working Hours: Eastern Time (ET): 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Central Time (CT): 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Mountain Time (MT): 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pacific Time (PT): 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM The Dispatcher will play a vital role in intake, triage and access to care for Cityblock's members across the country, 24/7. The Care Traffic Control center coordinates the flow of in-field and virtual resources, connecting members with medical providers and care staff in a matter of minutes. Dependent upon the assessment of immediate needs, Dispatchers coordinate services and link members to care resources for prompt resolution or near-term follow-up.
