The Electronics Engineering Technician (Manufacturing) supports the production and quality assurance of electronic assemblies by performing hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic products and systems. The technician works closely with manufacturing, test engineering, and quality teams to ensure products meet technical specifications, function reliably, and are built efficiently. Perform in-process and final testing of electronic assemblies using test fixtures, jigs, and lab equipment. Troubleshoot and repair faulty PCBs and assemblies down to the component level. Support production lines with technical guidance on test procedures and equipment operation. Work from assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions to validate build quality and functionality. Monitor and document production yields, test failures, and repair activities. Provide feedback to engineering on design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and test improvements. Assist in implementing process improvements and root cause corrective actions related to recurring production issues. Set up and maintain production test stations and related equipment. Support the training of operators and technicians in proper test procedures and troubleshooting techniques. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, including pilot builds and test validation
