AECOM is looking for a Knowledge Transfer Specialist to provide support to project management in the development and implementation of capacity building strategies within major infrastructure projects in Peru. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Develops and implements the Capacity Development Plan, aligned with project objectives and client requirements. Identifies capability gaps and defines learning strategies to address them. Designs, plans and coordinates training programs, including the definition of learning sequences, milestones and delivery modalities (formal, social and on-the-job learning). Develops and manages the learning activities schedule, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule and compliance with key milestones. Coordinates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external providers for the delivery of specialized training. Manages and oversees Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content upload, user tracking and reporting. Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning progress, participation and effectiveness. Prepares and contributes to project reporting, including monthly progress reports on knowledge transfer activities. Coordinates with project teams to ensure alignment between knowledge transfer activities and project phases (design, construction, operation). Ensures proper documentation, organization and accessibility of knowledge generated throughout the project. Supports the implementation of knowledge transfer strategies aimed at ensuring long-term sustainability and client autonomy. Coordinates with client and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of knowledge transfer activities. Works under limited supervision. Responsible for setting own work priorities and deadlines. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Education, Psicology, Knowledge Management or related field + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Experience in infrastructure projects or technically complex environments. Experience in training coordination, capacity building or knowledge management.
