  • Business & Systems Translation
  • Translate business, Finance, and HR requirements into system‑ready master data structures
  • Act as a key liaison between: Finance & HR stakeholders

  • Process Improvement & Standardization
  • Identify opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual data handling
  • Support standard operating procedures, documentation, and standardization across systems
  • Contribute to strengthening data governance, controls, and scalability
  • Controls, Audit & Governance
  • Maintain complete audit trails and evidence for internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and control requirements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, Shared Services, and Transformation teams
  • Provide structured updates on status, risks, dependencies, and actions

Requirements

  • Experience & Background
  • Experience in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, ERP Support, Data Operations
  • Hands‑on exposure to Finance and/or HR data structures, such as: Cost centers
  • Organizational hierarchies
  • Entities and reporting structures
  • Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or system-driven transformations is a strong plus
  • Systems & Analytical Skills
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end data flows across multiple systems
  • Experience working with ERP and reporting environments (e.g., Workday, General Ledger, Planning or EPM platforms)
  • Ability to manage dependencies between HR, Finance, and reporting systems
  • Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and confidence in managing complex system environments.
