Job Description To manage administration and operations for the relevant branches to reduce operational risks. Implement the operations and migration scorecard for the branch and the node. Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate. Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence. Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG. Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes. Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements. Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
