About the role
This position is offered on a 6-month full-time, on-site contract basis. A probationary period of 3 months will apply from the commencement date. Job Scope Payroll & HR Administration Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliancewith statutory requirements, including CPF contributions and tax submissions Maintain proper employee records in accordance with applicable regulations Work with Employer of Record (EOR) providers for regional offices, including (but not limited to) Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions as required HR Policies & Compliance Develop, review, and update HR policies, including employee handbook Implement and administer policies such as leave, travel, and expense claims Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations in Singapore and relevant regional jurisdictions (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, and others where applicable) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore office and support hiring across regional offices including (but not limited to) Malaysia and Indonesia Prepare job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions Ensure fair, merit-based, and compliant recruitment practices Employee Relations & Office Administration Support Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities (events and meetings) Manage office procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor comparison, and purchase of office supplies and services Monitor office inventory and ensure adequate stock levels Support general office administration and facilities-related matters Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline At least 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to office administration or procurement functions Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations; regional exposure (Malaysia and Indonesia) is advantageous Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements Strong organisational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Able to handle confidential information with integrity
