- Contribute to knowledge management, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience supporting healthcare supply chain transformation, operational improvement, or consulting engagements.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, processes, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced client environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Experience developing executive-ready reporting materials and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional client and internal teams.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.
