ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Director of Business Process & Systems in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. The Director of Business Process & Systems will own the design and governance of ANA's end-to-end business processes and ensure they are properly implemented across the company's core technology platforms. This role will establish and maintain a unified process architecture across operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, support, and supply chain, ensuring departmental decisions support downstream workflows and system integrity. The objective is to create a coherent operating model supported by well-integrated enterprise systems, enabling ANA to scale efficiently. This role requires someone who can lead cross-department change, influence teams across the organization, and ensure that new processes and systems are not only designed well but fully adopted. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the VP of Finance and IT. You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
