About the role

- Assists Project Co-ordinator in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner; - Manages workers work schedule; - Assists Project Co-ordinator in general worker deployment with Head Office; - Assists Project Co-ordinator in ordering of raw materials; - Assists Project Co-ordinator in putting up delivery orders; - Assists Project Co-ordinator in safekeeping of all tools and equipment; - Ensure good housekeeping in project sites; - Assists Project Co-ordinator in monitoring and recommending appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risks identified; - Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in preparation of risk assessment record after completion of the assessment; - Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in risk assessment communication to the workers;
